Come enjoy a morning of group exercise, mobility stretching, and awareness strengthening with others in the beautiful park near downtown Cincinnati. We will focus on opening up the body with mobility stretching first. Then we'll challenge it with basic exercise and help it recover. Finally, we will end our time on with 10 minutes of basic meditation practices to strengthen your awareness and your personal growth. Feel free to hang out afterward as well to meet new friends or ask questions.
LOCATION DETAILS: We will be meeting at the shelter in the Tom Jones Commons section of Eden Park just south of the Mirror Lake. (I recommend looking up "Tom Jones Commons" in Google maps or "Eden Park Outdoor Climbing" in Apple Maps to find the exact section of the park).
As long as the weather doesn't get too crazy (we will comment on the event if we cancel due to weather) we will be meeting there every 2nd & 4th Saturday during the Spring & Summer months, so be on the lookout for the next event if you can't make this one. Be sure to bring your own workout/yoga mat and water for the event.
