Community Wellness Series: Beginner-Intermediate Stairclimber

With the Community Wellness Series, our aim is to provide a safe and fun environment for the people of the Greater Cincinnati community to enjoy their health and wellness journeys with others. Spring is upon us, and the first event will be kicked off at the beautiful, outdoor steps at the north end of CAM. For this event, the goal is to simply challenge the body and strengthen the cardiovascular system through climbing the flight of stairs however many times you can handle. Please bring water and appropriate foot ware for your safety. Parking is available at top of stairs in the CAM parking lot or at the bottom of the stairs on Gilbert Ave. Be on the lookout for future events!

Come enjoy a morning of group exercise, mobility stretching, and awareness strengthening with others in the beautiful park near downtown Cincinnati. We will focus on opening up the body with mobility stretching first. Then we'll challenge it with basic exercise and help it recover. Finally, we will end our time on with 10 minutes of basic meditation practices to strengthen your awareness and your personal growth.
